This service is an aggregator. In short, and without caveats: what we do, what we do not do, and what we are not liable for.

This is a document stub. Before launch the text must be reviewed by a lawyer and completed with the details of the personal data operator.
1. We are not a tour operator
We collect and compare partners’ offers. We do not create the holiday product, do not confirm availability in real time and do not take payment.
2. Prices are indicative
Prices come from partners over an API and move during the day. Final cost, availability, meal conditions and visa or medical requirements are confirmed on the partner’s own site at the time of booking.
3. Booking and payment
Booking happens on the partner’s site. We are not a party to that contract, we do not receive money for the holiday, and we are not responsible for the operator’s performance. Complaints about the trip itself belong with the operator.
4. Accounts
One person, one account. Automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, and creating watches at industrial scale are grounds for blocking access without notice.
5. Referral programme
We pay 10% of what the users you invite spend, for life. The programme is not running yet: bookings are paid for on the partner’s site and we do not receive money for the holiday, so there is nothing to earn against. Payouts will be switched on separately and announced. Referring yourself is not allowed, and neither is spam or advertising in other people’s communities. Rewards are reversed when a payment is refunded.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the data but do not guarantee that prices are error-free, and we do not compensate losses arising from a decision taken on the basis of information on this site.
7. Changes
We may change this document. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
This document describes how the service behaves today. If anything the service does differs from this text, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
